1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-6 working days for Pakistan and 10 to 12 working days for International

2. What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 10-day money back return policy. We will not be able to give you an exchange or refund if the items have been worn and/or washed. Please make sure that the product returned to us is in the exact condition in which you received it; tags and markings intact. Please note that due to difference in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots the exact color or texture of the final item may vary slightly from what is seen on screen, product(s) therefore, cannot be exchanged for this reason.

3. What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

We pride ourselves with the quality of our product(s) however, if the product received is damaged or inconsistent with the description online we shall grant you a full refund or exchange.

4. Can I buy Guriya Ansar products somewhere other than the website?

Guriya Ansar Pret and Luxury Pret lines are available exclusively on guriyaansar.com. Formal and Bridal attire is available through appointment only. Please refer to our contact us page for information in this regard.

7. Do you ship product(s) outside Pakistan?

We do deliver to International Customers. If your country is not available in our list of countries, please get in touch with us through our website, email or Facebook.

8. Do I need to have an account to shop at guriyaansar.com?

You can place an order by creating an account or by a Guest Checkout. However, creating an account will allow you to order without entering your details every time you shop with us.

9. How can I place an order?

Order can be placed by following these steps

    • Select a product and confirm the size and quantity
    • Once selected click on “Add to Cart” to include it in your Shopping Bag
    • The Shopping Bag will include all the product(s) selected along with their price, quantity, subtotal and grand total
    • Once you have reviewed your Shopping Bag click on “Proceed to Checkout”
    • Enter your shipping information
    • Click on Create an account and enter a password
    • Review and Click on place order
10. What if I forget my password, how will I retrieve it?

Click on “Forgot Password” available on the login page. Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting the password. Once the credentials have been verified you will be able to create a new password.

11. How can I update/edit my billing address?

Sign in and click on “My Account”. You will be able to edit/update your personal and shipping details. In case of a confirmed order, if you wish to change the delivery address contact our customer service immediately.The requested change will be carried out in case the order is not processed.

12. How will I view my order details and history?

Please log in to your account to view your order history. Please note that only registered customers can view their order history.

13. When I place an item in my shopping bag is it reserved for me?

Placing an item in the shopping bag does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you until the checkout process has been completed.

14. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order.

15. Can I add or remove items from the existing order or make changes to an existing order?

Once an order has been placed it is not possible to add items to the existing orders. However, any removal of product(s) or cancellations can take place within 3 hours of placing the order.

16. Does the price of the order include shipping?

All order prices are inclusive of shipping costs (for deliveries within Pakistan). For international orders shipping charges are applicable.

17. Is my personal information kept secure?

All payments and shipping data is strictly kept confidential and secure. Only authorized personnel have the access to the data.
